Gov. Dan McKee announced Thursday a strategy to create 875 residences, 800 of which will be reasonably priced.
The developments will use state and federal resources, such as $15 million from McKee’s RI Rebounds Initiative and $10 million from the Housing Creation Fund.
R.I. Deputy Secretary of Commerce for Housing Josh Saal mentioned rents have greater, creating folks choose concerning housing and medical payments.

McKee expects the developments will support 1,200 work and just take several decades to entire.
