North River Ranch, Neal Land & Neighborhoods’ flagship community in Parrish, was recognized as one of the 2022 Silver Award winners during the National Association of Home Builders’ prestigious new-home sales and marketing awards event.
The awards event, known as The Nationals, took place Feb. 8 during the International Builders Show in Orlando. Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program recognizes superior new-home sales and marketing achievements.
With 61 categories across various disciplines of the new-home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams.
North River Ranch, in north Manatee County, was honored with the Silver Award in the Best Email Marketing/Web Banners/Media Ads category. Silver Award winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award.
Neal Land & Neighborhoods, a developer of master-planned communities based in Manatee and Sarasota counties, announced the attainment of its annual sales goals, early this year: The company reached 350 home sales in early November 2021.
